Important Notes:

• Sampling Interval: Query the DHT22 sensor at intervals of at least 2 seconds (0.5 Hz); polling faster can result in timeout errors or incorrect readings.
• Ensure correct wiring polarity (VCC to 3.3V/5V, GND to Ground, DATA to digital pin); reverse voltage connections will permanently damage the internal sensor IC.
• While breakout modules include an onboard pull-up resistor, bare DHT22 sensors require a 4.7kΩ to 10kΩ pull-up resistor connected between the Data and VCC lines.
• Protect the sensor from direct water splashing or condensation pooling on the capacitive sensing grille to prevent temporary signal corruption.
